Publishing and Our Mission Corte Hispana’s publishing division specializes in educating the public and the employer community on U.S. employment related legal issues in the Spanish language. Our mission as publishers is to educate, inform, and to help dispel myths about the U.S. legal system, which have often confused the Hispanic workers and managers. Corte Hispana has worked with the California Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA) and its SmartLaw referral services by translating and adapting over 60 legal topics into Spanish. This Legal Issues include:
All productions, TRANSLATIONS, and other related materials are handled with sensitivity to the cultural, political and economic environment of the target audience. We consider the diversity of culture and language among Hispanics and differences than can affect the workplace when employing Mexican, Caribbean, Iberian, Central and South American and U.S. born Hispanics. Corte Hispana is available to partner with law firms, in house counsel and Human Resources professionals in creating employment law compliance programs and assuring that language barriers do not prevent effective training and awareness of employer policies and applicable laws.
