Corte Hispana's Violence Training Prevention Outline

Goals of the Training:

·        To increase employment awareness of the potential for violence in the workplace

·        To increase ability to recognize the early warning signs of a potentially violent person or situation

·        To instruct how to record incidents which may indicate a potential problem

·        To encourage employees to appropriately report behavior which is suspicious
